CR helper set 6285 & 6300 drift down the east slope past the brickyard into Altoona for the next assignment of assisting a westbound freight up the mountain.

CR 6285 SD40 was ex-B&O 7482/CNJ 3061, and after Conrail, EMDX 6425.  Then SD40-2 re-build FURX 3039/NREX 3039.

CR 6300 SD40 was PRR 6047/PC 6047. Then CR 6982 after re-build to SD40-2R, & NS 3437 SD40-2.
