CR 8162 Idles in Cockeysville MD, 4/78

A Conrail GP38-2 sits near the north end of the former Northern Central in Cockeysville, Baltimore County. Some of this line would go on to become Baltimore's Central Light Rail Line, and while this section is still currently owned by the Maryland Transportation Agency, the light rail line curves away a few blocks south of this location.
