CR 8267 on the tail of WHWA01-02 switching Capital Power at the south end of the Virginia Avenue tunnel. 3/93

WHWA01-02 (today's CSX B701) is seen switching Capital Power at the south end of the Virginia Ave/M Street Tunnel. Power was the 8267 on the south end and the 9415/9416 pair on the north end. Date was 03/02/93. The cars on the left went down the short branch to the Evening Sun newspaper building.
