Conrail RS-3M #9947 with freight on ex-Reading - Port Reading branch at Bound Brook, NJ on May 11, 1979 RS-3M #9947 is ex CNJ RS-3 #1701 and was rebuilt at the former PRR-PC Juniata Shops, according to Rick Selva. Looks like all of the RS-3M rebuilds were referred to as the "Dewitt Geeps".
