Ex-PRR E-7A 4243 was one of two E-7A's, and a NYC E-7B being taken to scrap at Willow Grove, PA in December, 1976. The E-7A's and the E-7B were not on the April, 1976 Conrail roster. The low quality photo was taken by a Kodak Brownie camera and Ektachrome film.
