RDG 31079-RDG Class GHO

RDG 31079 is seen at Reading, PA in Dec of 1980. Car was built in 1955 by Bethlehem Steel at their Johnstown, PA plant and was planned to become CR 599668, but as seen here, it was never renumbered.
