CR 8098 Passing the Bowmanstown Diner in April of 1988

WB local passes the remodeled Bomanstown Diner in April 1988. Conrail is cascading some welded rail and while the flashers still work the crossing is closed. Scanned from a 35mm Ektachrome Slide shot in April 1988.
