CR 9381 at Frankford Jct, Philadelphia. 3/86

A few things give this away as being an ex New Haven locomotive, the flexi-coil trucks and the old Hancock air whistle mount next to the cab door. Conrail SW-1200 #9381 is at Frankford Junction in Philadelphia, PA. March 10, 1986.
