CR Tie Remover / Inserter TE 4002 West Haverstraw, NY July 1999

TE 4002 is seen in the CSX yard at West Havertraw NY during July 1999. This was a Portec / RMC TKO Tie Remover / Inserter, that was reclassified as CSX TRWR CO4002. CO indicates a former CR machine. This machine was part of a large CSX tie & surface gang that was assigned to work on the River Line at the time.
